Lab 3!

Hey everybody! Lab 3 is all about fruit! We all made Pineapple chutney, blueberry compote, fruit salsa(above), and applesauce(above).

Lab 2

Today we made braised cabbage, vichy carrots, and broccoli mornay.

Lab 1

In lab today we were working with potatoes. Potato everything!!! I made Potato Lyonnaise, Hungarian Potatoes, and Duchesse Potatoes.
